Part A) Muscle Clean (15 minutes work up to a heavy triple touch n go… no re-bend of knee… work on fast elbow turnover and landing the bar on the shoulder. you may stay in the hook grip if flexibility allows).
Part B) 5 Rounds EACH for time:
Muscle Clean 20 Reps Touch n Go 75/55 – not allowed to stop
60 seconds per rest each round. If you can’t finish a round note total reps before failure.

Coach’s Notes: Congratulations to Coach Holley for an excellent Costume of Travis and the winner of the Halloween costume. Although I would argue she definitely has the advantage, she pulled it off so perfectly I thought it was Travis for almost a minute. Kudos to Matt McGarry, Tim Thulin, and Rudy on creativity!!!!
